After 44 years in the engineering industry from apprenticeship, through to Managing Director of a precision manufacturing company, and dealing with all aspects of the business including PRODUCTION PLANNING and CONTROL. I understand your business and where I cannot provide a solution I have a network of trusted specialists, colleagues and companies, of whom I have great respect for, thus allowing me to fascilitate a range of business solutions.

I know what it's like, there are always issues, People, Suppliers, Customers, Materials, Systems, Strategy, Production Processes, Not enough capacity, Not enough work and much more.

I realised my services could be very useful for busy M.D.'s and senior personel of smaller (SME's) companies. With this in mind I started to offer my services to various companies, quoting, deputising for M.D. During annual leave, sourcing machine tools for a particularly difficult product to manufacture.

I was recently asked to find a number of manufacturing companies to produce products for a major global company. This was a major project and culminated in the successful appointment of a number of quality suppliers to enable the global company to progress with their business

Because of my network of contacts I have been working with companies to promote the link between business and Universities.
