The Nottingham facility is a fully integrated manufacturing operation

covering 5,309m². Quality accreditations include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS16949, Ford Q1 and BABT listed facility.

We are a vertically integrated company offering customers a total solution for their requirements.

Facilities include design, metal stamping, moulding and assembly, together with all the support facilities that are required to run a successful, volume manufacturing business.

Moulding, Pressing and General Assembly

Injection moulding of ABS, PVC, Polycarbonate, Polyester
High speed stamping of small metal pressings.
Specialist cable harness assembly including mould on.

Electronic Assembly

Double-sided SMT board population including BGA placement
Hand loading and pre-forming of leaded components
Reflow, Dual wave and Selective soldering using a lead free process.
In circuit and 100% functional testing of PCB assy.
In house test development function including jig manufacture

Chinese facility

We have a manufacturing and supply agreement in China with a leading supplier of combined metal/plastics high precision components and assemblies. The facility offers high volume manufacturing, which includes moulding, pressing, circuit board assembly and extensive clean room facilities.
